- 2 ounces brandy
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- Optional: 1 egg white
- ginger ale
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour the brandy, simple syrup, and egg white.
- Shake vigorously to ensure the egg is properly mixed.
- Strain into a collins glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with ginger ale. Serve and enjoy!
Skip the egg if you like and you will have a tall, refreshing brandy and ginger ale drink.
