Ingredients
- 9–10 strawberries
- 2 limes , chopped
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 mint sprigs , leaves picked
- ice
- 350ml white rum
- 600ml sparkling water
Instructions
- Muddle the strawberries, limes and sugar in a large jug. Bruise the mint leaves and add to the jug with a pinch of black pepper. Add lots of ice and stir in the rum and sparkling water.
